A ground-up frontend rewrite of an aging CRM/ERP, done with Product and Design and paired with Claude, Codex and Gemini.

Reworking CashBook's web architecture, and an 8x jump in sessions
CashBook pivoted from personal book-keeping to managing businesses. I rebuilt the web app to catch up with mobile, and web sessions went up 8x.
